Was going to complete your survey, but thought I would just comment instead. This is the second time I have purchase your product (both times Butter Russets) and I like the uniform size, shape, skin quality and the taste. I also like the texture of the potato, which seems to be a cross between a Yukon Gold and a Russet. Wha ever you did to get this one, good job……..

Just came back from my food lion where I found these mountain king butter russet potatoes..
They were sold out and forgot to reorder! I was angry! Although I did find the last bag of red potatoes..I am 73 and I
am from Irish immigrants…These are Absolutely the BEST potatoes I have ever tasted..and I am a real potatoe lover. We always had potatoe meals..bought by the 50lb bags. I only wish my parents could have tasted these..I hope they reorder more before I run out. All I can say is Where have you been hiding all these years!!
BRAVO MOUNTAIN KING!

My name is Barb, we went to Albertsons/Vons Market in Wildomar, Ca. We have never ever tasted such great potatoes, went back to get more and there were none there and so disappointed. These potatoes are the best and wish we could get more. The softest, tastiest potatoes ever. Where can we purchase more, please, please. I am a starch freak, lol. Anyway, could you please let me know where to purchase more.

I get my mountain King butter russets at stater Brothers and I’m always disappointed when they are not there they are truly my favorite potato and I like to cook ❣️
Also glad to see new crop coming October hopefully the beginning of October ❣️❣️❣️

This was my favorite potato ever but sadly my local produce stater brothers in Beaumont California apparently no longer carry them. According to them is seasonal, mountain king. Please make it all year around. Thank you.

I live in Metairie, La. I was getting butter russets at Rouses they have not been carrying them for a while now. I tried another store, Ideal Market, nope. Where can I get them?

Thank you for your email and sorry for the late response. You should be able to find them now again at Rouses – if your particular store does not carry them, ask the produce manager. Thanks for being a MountainKing customer.

Our local Safeway had your butter russet, gold and reds for a week and then gone. As you suggested, I inquired to the produce manager about the availability in the future and was informed that the corporate warehouse in control of stock sent out. The associate made it clear that they were powerless regarding what they received from the warehouse.

Pity as your “butter” line are the best potatoes I’ve enjoyed for some time.

Hi Skip,

Thanks for your kind words, unfortunately, we are soon running out of Butter Russets. You can still get them at Stater Brothers, although I am not sure if they have stores in Sacramento.
New Crop will be available by October.

Thanks for being a MountainKing customer,

Very possibly the best tasting potato my family has ever had. Any chance we could get them in an “extra Large” baker size?

Hi Eric,

Unfortunately, there is not a big enough market for it…yet.

Andreas
